Independence Day Weekend Camping Menu

It's hard to believe that we're already approaching the 4th of July! This summer has been a whirlwind of fun, and I hope you've been having a great time too. I've been so grateful for these menu plans, as they've made feeding my family a breeze.

In an effort to help you spend less time stressing over meal planning and more time with your loved ones, I've put together 15 different weekend camping menus. Simply make your grocery list and go shopping - if you don't like one of my meal ideas, feel free to swap it out with something your family will love.

These menus offer a wide range of options, from traditional camping food to specialized diets like Keto, and everything in between. Some menus focus on using a single cooking tool, while others utilize your entire RV kitchen. There's even a menu specifically designed for tent campers with limited resources.

What's great about these menus is that they're fully customizable to fit your family's preferences. I offer a basic meal idea, such as grilled smoked sausage with BBQ sauce and roasted potatoes, and you can make it your own with your favorite BBQ sauce or Grandma's famous roasted potato recipe. You can even add a salad to the meal if you'd like. And if you're not familiar with a particular recipe, I've made it easy to Google search and find one that works for you.

Each menu plan includes four breakfasts, four lunches, four afternoon snacks, and three dinners, providing a full Friday-Monday meal plan for every weekend. I've made Friday night dinners simple to allow for easy setup at camp, and Monday breakfasts are quick and easy since you'll be packing up. Most lunches can be packed up and enjoyed wherever your adventures take you. And the best part? There are very few repeated meals between all the weeks!

My hope is that these meals will bring your family together to enjoy some quality time in the great outdoors.
